1. How far in advance should we book?

To secure your date and ensure the most relaxed and collaborative planning experience, we highly recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for weddings taking place during the peak spring and fall seasons.

We intentionally limit the number of commissions we accept each year to guarantee an elevated, personalized level of service and attention for every client. The sooner you reach out, the better we can ensure your desired date is reserved and the creative planning process can begin without rush or pressure.

2. what is included in your wedding packages?

All of my wedding collections are specially curated for each couple and include a complimentary engagement session, high-resolution edited images, an online gallery for easy sharing, and full print release. Custom timelines, second shooters, and albums can be added to enhance your experience.

3. How do we secure our date?

A signed contract and a 50% retainer officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your big day. Once your date is secured, I’m fully committed to bringing your vision to life!

4. When will we receive our photos?

Artistry cannot be rushed, but we understand the excitement! Our meticulous post-production process—which includes careful culling, artistic color-grading, and detailed retouching—is a cornerstone of our signature quality.

While we do not commit to a rigid timeframe during the height of peak seasons, we are deeply committed to efficiency and artistic excellence:

Sneak Peek Gallery: We strive to deliver a beautifully curated selection of signature images within 1–2 weeks of your session date.

Full Final Gallery: We strive to deliver your complete, high-resolution gallery within 6–9 weeks.

Please note that these are our goal timelines. Depending on the volume and rhythm of the season, your gallery may arrive sooner, or, occasionally, experience a slight delay. We prioritize quality above all else and commit to transparent communication should any extended delays occur.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Absolutely, yes. We believe that the moving image is the ultimate compliment to your still gallery, transforming moments into a timeless narrative. We are proud to offer in-house videography packages meticulously crafted to match the artistic quality and signature style of our photography.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

We insist on it! Your session is a truly collaborative artistic process.

We view your requests—whether they are must-have family groupings, iconic shots you adore, or specific poses—as artistic direction. Prior to your session, we review any vision boards or requests you have. Our role is to seamlessly blend your personal vision with our professional expertise, ensuring the final gallery is not only stunningly composed but also deeply reflective of your personality and style. We use your inspiration to elevate the bespoke nature of our work.

7. Can we meet before the session?

In all seriousness, yes, and we genuinely insist on it! Getting to know you is not just a formality; it is the most critical first step in our collaborative process.

We encourage a dedicated pre-session consultation—either virtually or over coffee—to discuss logistics, finalize your creative brief, and most importantly, establish a comfortable, trusting rapport. By the time we start shooting, the awkwardness will be long gone, and you’ll feel like you’re simply spending time with a friend. 8. What happens if there is inclement weather on our wedding day?

On your wedding day, we are prepared for every possibility.

We believe that every element—even unexpected weather—can contribute a unique, dramatic beauty to your story.

How we prep:

Venue Collaboration: We work closely with your planner and venue team to identify beautiful, covered spaces, or areas with stunning window light that maintain the high-end aesthetic of your day.

Creative Adaptability: We are experts at using the elements to our advantage—a moody, misty portrait can be incredibly cinematic.

Time Management: We may slightly adjust the timeline to utilize brief weather windows for specific outdoor shots, ensuring we capture the magic while keeping you comfortable and dry.
